The COVID-19 era has altered people's lifestyles, increasing interest in new technologies and digital experiences. This change has compelled brands to adapt quickly to meet customer expectations in a rapidly changing environment.


Using AI to Enhance Customer Experience:

Adobe's study points to the incorporation of Generative AI technology to add value to customer experiences. This is based on surveys of 13,000 consumers and 4,250 marketing experts, confirming the potential of AI technology to enhance creativity and create more refined and relevant customer experiences.


Evolution in Shopping Behavior:

The survey reveals changes in APAC consumers' shopping behaviors, with 69% currently purchasing from brick-and-mortar stores. This is expected to decrease to just 40% in the next two years. This trend is more evident in APAC than in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.


Innovations in Experience Creation:

Brands in the APAC region are planning to revamp customer experiences using technology. Innovations include the ability to create virtual products and convert them into tangible goods, offering digital tokens for purchasing virtual and real products, opportunities to participate in immersive events, and the adoption of Virtual Influencers and Virtual Celebrities.
